Re-issuing of Certificates

If you have lost your certificate for any course you completed through LiqCons, please fill out your details below.

STOP! The re-issuing of certificates, is only available for courses conducted by Liquor Consultancy Services. We are not able to re-issue other providers' certificates.

If you have completed a training course through another provider, please contact THEM directly to arrange a re-issuing of their certificate.

Where you have asked us to search our records for attendance, and it is ultimately established you did training with another provider, no refund will be provided.

The re-issuing of Certificates for each course incur an administration fee:  We aim to email your certificate by email within 24 (business) hours of your request.
