Delivery Hours
The NOMINAL delivery hours for this course is 6 hours. This includes some reading time. We have listed times here that we believe to closer represent the real hours that participants will be in the virtual classroom.
Requirements
It is a requirement of this program that all attendees have a good understanding of speaking, listening and writing in English. We have an obligation to Liquor Control Victoria to ensure that the enrolled person is assessed and not a family member who has translated. For this reason, family members will not be permitted to attend to "assist". If you feel you do not meet these language guidelines, please contact us to arrange a session with an interpreter at one of our training sessions.
We also offer courses in Mandarin.
Country or interstate attendees
Don't waste hours in your car and pay for overnight accommodation. Why not attend one of our virtual classroom sessions? These interactive internet based sessions include all of the materials. You interact with other students and you can ask questions in exactly the same manner as normal face-to-face sessions, but with only a small number of students.
Additionally, for additional fees - we can provide one-on-one or small group "Zoom" based training at a time that suits YOU!

Feedback from past course participants
“This was an easy to follow webinar and I enjoyed the facilitator very much. Friendly and casual. Small group of only 9 participants worked well. Easy to do at home office without going into the city. Very thorough. Highly recommend.”
- Barbara
“I recently completed the nominee course and found the whole process a great learning curve. I liked the way Liqcon made sure the participant in the course really watched the video to get the page number before they could go onto the next item.”
- Sandra
