We offer New Entrant Training and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training.
We have been conducting courses with our "virtual classrooms" since 2018 and have developed our courses, specifically for those sessions.
Both our courses are also approved to be undertaken on-line and at your own pace by Liquor Control Victoria and the VRQA.
We are Victoria's only one-stop-shop when it comes to liquor licensing in Victoria.
Our expertise in dealing with liquor licence applications allows as to make your process seamless, with experienced staff - we will give you the best chance of being successful in obtaining your licence.

We run a number of workshops to train and licence people for serving alcohol and New Entrant Training - both available as on-line courses.

We assist the application and transfer of a liquor licence for your premises.
Private On-Site Training
We can offer private courses at our location or can arrange training at your premises.
Management Plans
We assist development of a management plan for your licensed premises to ensure saftey.
Town Planning
With changes to town planning laws in July 2025, it is important to understand what those changes mean in relation to liquor licensing matters.
We have been assisting the industry for 25 years and have industry leaders with vast experience.
As a registered training organisation (RTO 21718) for 20 years, regulated by the VRQA, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of Responsible Service of Alcohol and Liquor Licensing training.
Our trainers are industry leaders with years of experience - staff who have worked in the industry for many years, or as members of the Victoria Police - all who know their stuff.
Our extensive expertise is used by licensees to ensure non-compliance is reduced and that attention by the Police and the LCV Liquor Inspectors is minimised.
All of our staff have expertise in their own fields, which combine to enable us to offer seamless liquor licensing experiences.
